- Process payrolls for all employees ensuring accurate earnings calculations deductions taxes and compliance with regulations.
- Work closely with frontline supervisors to verify time sheet approvals and ensure accurate tracking of hours worked overtime and special pay categories.
- Train supervisors on timekeeping procedures payroll policies and HRIS system navigation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Administer and maintain all levels of the companys HRIS and payroll systems ensuring proper setup data accuracy and troubleshooting as needed.
- Collaborate with Human Resources to track employee attendance and generate reports based on supervisorsubmitted time sheets.
- Assist Human Resources in maintaining accurate employee records ensuring payroll reflects approved leave paid time off and compliance with policies.
- Maintain a high level of respect and responsiveness in handling employee inquiries related to employment pay approved leave and deductions.
- Calculate and process additional pay including incentive wages holiday pay jury duty bereavement pay and other special pay categories.
- Manage payroll adjustments for terminations pay shortages and lumpsum retirement payouts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws regarding payroll taxes deductions and reporting.
- Oversee courtordered deductions such as child support tax levies and wage garnishments.
- Coordinate payroll cycles meet deadlines for payroll processing tax filings and required reporting.
- Distribute W2 forms and maintain payroll records for compliance and audits.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies by working proactively with employees supervisors and Human Resources.

Qualifications :
- Bilingual strongly preferred but not required.
- Associate or bachelors degree in accounting finance human resources or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 35 years of payroll processing experience with a strong understanding of payroll systems and labor laws.
- Experience in training and supporting supervisors on timekeeping and payroll procedures.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
- Strong analytical problemsolving and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with employees supervisors and Human Resources.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll information.
