Job Description

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities fostering strategic partnerships and expanding market reach. This position demands a resultsoriented professional with strong experience in business development particularly in software sales and a passion for technological innovation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities in key sectors: healthcare industrial automation and software solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement plans to attract and secure clients in the USA Europe and the Middle East with a focus on software products and services.
  • Sales Strategy: Design and execute sales strategies tailored to software products and services to achieve revenue and market share goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients and partners ensuring satisfaction with software solutions.
  • Negotiations: Prepare proposals lead negotiations and close highvalue deals particularly for software and engineering solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales marketing and product teams to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications :

 

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of proven success in business development or sales ideally in the software healthcare industrial or automation sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with relevant industry trends particularly in software solutions and regulatory landscapes.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • Strong technical knowledge of software products and their applications in healthcare industrial and automation sectors.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Selfmotivated strategic thinker and resultsdriven professional.
