Purpose of the role
As an SME Sales Representative you will play a critical role in driving scalable sales efforts focusing on acquiring and serving SME clients efficiently and effectively in a fastpaced startup environment.
Essential responsibilities
- Identify and onboard SME and microbusiness clients through systematic outreach and scalable sales approaches
- Drive rapid expansion of the companys presence in the SME segment by targeting highpotential customer groups
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients ensuring satisfaction while focusing on volume and scalability
- Use CRM systems and analytics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement or growth
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Provide insights to management to optimize sales processes and strategies for scalability
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of experience in highvolume sales preferably in the power gas or energyrelated sectors Experience with SME clients is a plus
- Proven ability to implement and execute repeatable sales processes for high client volumes
- Comfortable using digital sales tools CRM systems and automation platforms to enhance efficiency
- Fluency in Polish English is a plus
- Strong focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets in a fastpaced environment
- Thrive in a startup setting contributing to the growth and scaling of a new business
