Job Description
We are seeking an Influencer Affiliate/Marketing Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in the iGaming niche. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indonesian market including the audience platforms social media channels and formats that engage local players.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Identify and collaborate with high quality key influencers on YouTube Facebook Twitch Instagram analyze statistics of the campaign effect
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) track campaign performance and analyze data to optimize activation and content strategies
- Manage communications with influencers provide necessary creatives or brief the design team for creative needs
- Negotiate and finalize deals with influencers on a different basis
- Source and conduct outreach to relevant influencers on a large scale.
Qualifications :
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is must have
- English is UpperIntermediate and above
- Proven experience in influencer marketing with a track record of successful campaigns
- Experience in networking with local affiliates influencers bloggers and streamers
- Experience with revenue share models is essential and familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior preferences and trends in the iGaming market particularly in the Indonesian context.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms trends and influencer marketing best practices.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including marketing product management and design.
