We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Manager HR & Admin to join our team in Jaipur India. In this role you will oversee both human resources and administrative functions ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new hires
- Oversee employee relations performance management and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Administer payroll benefits and leave management systems
- Coordinate office operations including facilities management and vendor relations
- Develop and maintain HR and administrative budgets
- Implement and maintain HR information systems and databases
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs
- Lead and mentor HR and administrative staff
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic HR initiatives
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 10 years of experience in HR and administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of HR practices labor laws and office management
- Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) preferred
- Experience in performance management and employee development
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
