Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
Monitor and analyze security incidents to prevent future breaches.
Manage and respond to security incidents and breaches.
Oversee the implementation of security measures across the organization.
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations (e.g. GDPR PIPL).
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security into system design and development.
Provide security training and awareness programs for staff.
Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends.
Recommend and implement security technologies (e.g. firewalls encryption intrusion detection systems).
Manage security vendor relationships and contracts.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT security.
Experience in managing security operations and incident response teams.
Proven track record in implementing and managing security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001.
Experience in handling security audits and compliance assessments.
Background in vulnerability management and penetration testing.
