In the supporting role s a Business Analyst within the Revenue Team you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and uncovering trends and opportunities for the broader Revenue Team. .
Your primary responsibility will be to proactively analyze existing data sets to uncover insights and provide suggestions to the Revenue Team management to optimize our GTM efficiency boosting overall MRR.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct regular data analysis on MRR trends including New MRR Expansion Contraction and Churn.
- Work closely with the Head of Customer Success to ensure that MRR movements between customers and categories are corrected in a timely manner across our systems.
- Spot trends and insights in the data and collaborate with the Revenue Management team to discuss the trends and proactively come up with theories and hypotheses as to what may be causing the trend(s).
- Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management team to create visualisation with the underlying data for presentations internal and external.
- Work closely with the centralised Business Intelligence Data Science and RevOps teams to improve holistic data analysis efficiency and improve time to value for your projects.
Qualifications :
Who you are:
- You are a driven and enthusiastic individual who is keen to work at a high growth B2B SaaS company.
- You have at least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst and are excellent at using Excel and Google Sheets.
- You are comfortable working with data and translating data into actionable insights in short form summaries longer form reports and slide decks.
- You are a strong communicator both in terms of written and spoken English.
- As Business Analyst you will need to be familiar and comfortable with typical B2B SaaS metrics such as MRR and Churn and the different ways such metrics are calculated and used.
- Fluent English is required.
- Experience with Power BI is preferred but not required.
- Experience with SQL is required.
- As Business Analyst you will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and will work closely with all of the Revenue Team management to deliver key projects in a timely and commercial manner.
