Job Description
This is a hybrid role in Rancho Cordova. Applicants must reside within a commutable distance or be willing to relocate to the Rancho Cordova area. Designs and implements SSD validation coverage for data center use cases with emphasis on the dual port environment Builds positive relationships with customers including engineertoengineer technical discussions Drives JointQualification activities to ensure a clean SSD qualification for our customers
Creates defines and develops system validation environment and test suites. Uses and applies emulation and platformlevel tools and techniques to ensure performance to spec. Responsible for the development of methodologies of validation plans and debug of failures.
Qualifications :
- BS or MS in CE EE CS or related field
- 10 years experience in the validation or development of solid state drives or related fields. Expertise with the enterprise storage interface protocols (NVMe PCIe)
Experience with the following:
- SSD or enterprise storage device security protocols and techniques (e.g. Opal ESSC and AES)
- Platform development or debug
- Design and development of validation test cases
- Theory validation usecases and operation of dualport SAN
- Data center storage usage model
- Project planning estimation and risk management
Additional Information :
For California Colorado New York Washington and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $113210 to $215490. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills experience qualifications and geographic location.
