Job Description

As a junior with the ability to join our Corporate team every day brings a new challenge so youll need to be a team player at heart with an eye for detail great organisational skills so you can prioritise your day. Strong communication skills are a must have to build relationships across the business.

The Junior Corporate Officer will report to the Senior Corporate Officer (SCO) and will assist him / her in the management a portfolio of Institutional clients active in the real estate industry by:

  • Managing clients requests and administrative and legal formalities under the supervision of the SCO
  • drafting legal documents (board and shareholders resolutions agreements proxies)
  • follow up and control bank transactions
  • contacting clients any other third parties (bank notary administration or internal department
  • ensuring that the files are compliant with KYC / KYT regulations

Youll be highly organised so you can manage your day have an eye for detail and high levels of accuracy as this is a busy team with lots of deadlines to meet.

Youll need to ensure we meet statutory requirements by monitoring and maintaining robust client files safeguarding us from potential risk.

Qualifications :

  • Motivated reliable work independently able to support team members
  • Master bachelors degree or similar
  • 01 years working experience in the financial or law environment
  • Languages: Fluent in English any other language would be an advantage (especially French and/or German
  • Knowledge of MS Office
