The Regulatory Compliance Manager will provide support for all aspects of the Groups Regulatory Compliance strategy and arrangements encompassing cultural physical and technology elements throughout the business.
The role holder will work closely with the Group Head of Compliance (GHC) and be part of a small team within the GRC function dedicated to the development and ongoing maintenance of the Groups Regulatory Compliance objectives reflecting the importance that the Group places on compliance and risk management and in light of the Groups continued expansion.
The role holder will be responsible for supporting the GHC in ensuring that robust compliance and risk management measures are in place at a Group level and being complied with across IQEQ Group providing oversight and challenge across the Group to ensure that known regulatory compliance risks and issues are being managed appropriately escalating to the GHC when this is not the case and helping to ensure that employees are aware of the Groups regulatory compliance obligations.
The role holder will also work closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders across the three lines of defence including local cluster Compliance Officers to drive best practice in all matters related to regulatory compliance. This person will from time to time also coordinate membership attendance and information for various GRC forums and committees including the production of management information relevant for oversight and governance purposes.
