The Floor Manager will be:
Leading the waiting team by example setting and demanding a high standard of customer service and making sure the venue looks the best it can at all times.
The position is for a full time contract and ideal candidates will have:
- The ability to manage and maintain control of bookings and walkin guests
- Confidence and understanding of different customers needs
- Selfmotivation and resourcefulness
- A keen attention to detail.
- The ability to effectively manage themselves and others on busy shifts
Key duties:
- Host and Floor Management
- Direct customer service and waiting tables
- Helping manage all aspects of service
- Customer communication/troubleshooting
- Swift communication flagging any issues
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- At least 2 years in a similar position
- Host training preferable
- Barista and bar training is a bonus
Additional Information :
- Starting from 27000 pa plus bonuses and share of Tronc
- Full time with weekend availability is a must
