Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Procurement & Inventory Specialist to take ownership of our supply chain operations across two dynamic manufacturing companies. In this role youll analyze workflows streamline procurement strategies enhance inventory management and improve logisticsensuring cost savings minimal waste and a seamless supply chain.
What Youll Do:
- Evaluate and refine supply chain processes to boost efficiency reduce costs and eliminate waste.
- Source and procure raw materials components and supplies while building strong supplier relationships.
- Maintain and optimize supplier databases exploring new partnerships for greater supply chain resilience.
- Monitor supplier performance and quickly resolve issues related to quality pricing or deliveries.
- Negotiate competitive pricing contracts and delivery terms to secure the best agreements.
- Enhance warehouse and distribution processes to ensure fast costeffective order fulfillment.
- Improve inventory control strategies to minimize excess stock prevent shortages and enhance turnover rates.
- Collaborate closely with leadership finance production and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
- Utilize and maintain our ERP systems (JobBoss & WorkWise) to ensure accurate and uptodate data management.
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring:
- 3 years of experience in procurement inventory control supply chain management or logistics in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong analytical skills with handson ERP experience JobBoss experience is a plus!
- Deep understanding of supply chain management and inventory control best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
- Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills.
- Ability to solve problems in fastpaced environments and drive continuous improvement.
- Financial acumen to support costeffective decisionmaking.
