In this role you will:
- Lead development of overall sponsorship strategy in Statkraft as well as key performance indicators
- Lead market research efforts to identify trends for development of sponsorship strategies.
- Support Statkraft markets in their sponsorship activities including developing tools and resources to be used across the organisation
- Establish negotiate and manage Norwegian sponsorship agreements as well as effectively activate these sponsorships towards internal and external stakeholders
- Track and report on sponsorship performance
- Oversee departments budget use against plans.
- Cooperate with Internal Communication team to activate agreements internally
- Cooperate with Content Production team to raise brand awareness externally

Qualifications :
- University degree at Master level or similar in Public Relations Communications Marketing Brand or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience including experience working with sponsorships.
- Strong business understanding experience from working in or with large. international organisations and a keen interest in the renewable energy industry.
- Experience from sponsorship management and ability to make the most of modest budgets
- Excellent writing storytelling and presentation skills in Norwegian and English
- Good overview of social and digital channels.
- Extensive experience in a wide variety of communication formats and styles
