- Maintain and reconcile customer accounts
- Generate reports on accounts receivable status
- Ensure timely payments and contact customers via calls/emails regarding outstanding balances
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Process and manage cancellations
- Investigate unresolved issues
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer inquiries
Qualifications :
- Have excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Possess an understanding of the accounts receivable function or have previous experience in an accounts environment
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritize your daily workload
