Job Description

Shift Assignment: Night Shift

  • Provide onsite technical support for endusers addressing hardware and software issues at their desks.
  • Install configure and troubleshoot desktops laptops and peripherals to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues that cannot be resolved at the deskside.
  • Conduct regular hardware and software maintenance including updates patches and system optimizations.
  • Offer handson assistance with user training and guidance on ITrelated matters.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies procedures and security protocols.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of support activities configurations and issue resolutions.
  • Participate in the planning and of IT projects such as system upgrades and rollouts.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and provide input on their potential integration into the organizations IT environment.
  • Foster positive relationships with endusers and contribute to a customerfocused IT support culture.

Qualifications :

Required Skills/Experience

  • Experience as a deskside support or field service engineer. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Indepth knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows macOS) and common productivity software.
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting skills and familiarity with a variety of computing devices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with endusers and crossfunctional IT teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus.
