As we continue our global expansion and accelerate our growth were looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Community Lead. Your mission Build strong connections across the globe and ensure that our recruitment team operates cohesively working together towards common goals. You will also play a key role in emphasizing local relevance and ensuring it gains visibility among key stakeholders at our headquarters.
With a target to grow from 13000 to 25000 employees in the coming years we need someone who can foster collaboration share insights and bridge the gap between global and local recruitment needs. Youll report directly to the Director Global TA & EB and collaborate as part of a dynamic crossfunctional team. While your home base is Amsterdam your impact will be felt worldwide. Youll collaborate with stakeholders across different markets ensuring alignment with our global strategy while giving each market the autonomy it needs. What youll be doing
As the Global Talent Acquisition Community Lead you will:
Be a key partner for the Talent Acquisition team and TA Director ensuring seamless alignment of recruitment strategies and across markets.
Take responsibility for all internal communications within Talent Acquisition ensuring consistent and clear messaging globally and fostering alignment between teams.
Oversee the consistent of recruitment initiatives ensuring all teams are aligned with global objectives while maintaining flexibility for local markets.
Actively support the implementation of global recruitment standards and new ways of working. Drive and contribute to the creation of training initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of these standards across all regions.
Build and strengthen the recruitment community across global markets fostering collaboration knowledgesharing and alignment between regions.
Guide recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to ensure they are globally aligned and locally relevant.
Manage relationships with stakeholders across regions aligning local recruitment efforts with global initiatives while balancing autonomy and scalability.
Analyze recruitment data and metrics to set measurable goals track progress and drive performance improvements across regions.
Oversee recruitment efforts for seasonal peaks (e.g. Christmas) ensuring that hiring demands are met with efficiency and strategic planning.
Promote a cohesive global recruitment culture while ensuring local teams have the flexibility to tailor strategies to their unique market needs.
Qualifications :
Were looking for someone who thrives in a fastpaced global environment and is passionate about connecting people aligning strategies and enabling success across diverse markets.
With at least 5 years of experience in a global (highvolume) recruitment environment with a strong focus on recruitment marketing and employer branding.
You excel at building relationships with both global and local teams understanding their unique needs and balancing strategic priorities.
You have the ability to set measurable goals analyze recruitment metrics and use data to influence strategy and decisions.
Able to align local recruitment needs with broader global initiatives while balancing autonomy and scalability.
Enthusiastic about ensuring a seamless candidate experience and contributing to the growth of Rituals through strategic recruitment.
You thrive in a crossfunctional work environment and succeed through influencing and supporting others not through direct line management.
