Job Description
The group Planning within the Automotive IT Competence Center Business Applications (IT BA) is responsible in the process areas of master data maintenance short term production planning and manufacturing . We are currently looking for a technofunctional Plant Maintenance/Production Planning to support us in the following tasks:
Conduct system analysis and provide relevant PM and/or PP system configuration (customizing) according to business requirements
Design and develop ABAP programming requirements within the functional modules of PM and PP
Indepth analysis and debugging of existing programs interfaces and Web Dynpro ABAP applications
Participate and execute the required activities during the different phases/milestones of project implementation: fitgap blueprint design realization UAT cutover and hypercare
Coordinate requirements and define concepts/solutions for the relevant business processes together with global competence center local management and keyUsers
Provides functional and technical support and implement solutions
Execute systems testing in accordance with the activity timetable
Provide secondlevel support of SAPsystems to investigate monitor and resolve incident and/or change management requests
Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for highpriority issues
Support define and create authorization concepts and roles in SAP
Provide guidance to and shares knowledge with team relating to area of specialization
Support of local departments and key users during project implementations and releaseupgrades
Produce functional documentation and technical specification
Participate in global/regional/project team calls workshops trainings and adhoc alignment meetings
Manage own workload to meet assigned deadlines
Actively participate in company initiatives
Qualifications :
The hired individual will be responsible for the successful delivery of SAP Plant Maintenance and/or Production Planning (PP) solutions change management & technology initiatives.
University degree in IT Computer Science Business or related field
Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP ERP implementation for module PP or PM and service management or other logistical module
With several years of proven ABAP skills in developing Webdynpro ABAP and ABAP Object Oriented Programming
With manufacturing experience and business process knowledge highly preferred
Configuration skills in PM and/or PP or other logistical module
With strong integration knowledge of other SAP ERP logistics modules
Fastlearner with cross crosscultural experience; has proven assertiveness and problemsolving abilities
Ability to work independently with excellent problem solving skills
Willing to travel 1020 of travel is required
Additional Information :
The following skills and experiences will be an advantage:
Knowledge of business processes and configuration in SAP logistics module including relevant interfaces (ie Webdynpro MES API etc)
Basic integration knowledge in other functional areas such as SAP Finance and SAP Quality Management.
Business process experience or background in a relevant manufacturing environment desired
Experience in basic SAP Authorization Management
