Job Description
The main responsibility is to take care of the production line:
- Optimize production technologies in terms of quality time and cost.
- Responsible for ensuring that the technologies under his/her charge produce electronic modules according to the global guidelines for the introduction of technologies within Continental Plants.
- Leader in the implementation of Continental technical standards applicable to Front End technologies.
- Comply 100 with the continuous improvement of the key performance indicators of the technology (KPI: key performance indicator) for example: DPMOs FTP cycle time 0 km failures warranty failures S etc. for the assigned technologies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree: In Mechatronic Electronic Mechanic or similar Engineering
- IntermediateAdvanced English
- Experience:
- 5s
- SPC: Training Process Capability
- IATF
- Project Management
- Structured Problem Solving
