Job Description
Location:Parque das Naes Lisboa
Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Training: Onsite (up to 3 months)
- Posttraining: Hybrid 3 days inoffice 2 days remote)

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries about postrental charges (tolls fines)
- Process charges on customer cards for fines and fees
- Maintain electronic records of fines and charges
- Recover unpaid tolls from customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
- Proactive customerfocused and detailoriented approach
- Basic understanding of financial transactions and Visa/Mastercard regulations
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong problemsolving and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge ofMicrosoft Outlook and Excel (experience with intermediate Excel functions is a plus)
