Job Description

- Parramatta location
- 6 months initial contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead develop and contribute to the Sydney Water Property Workplace Strategy. Plan programs and budgets aligned with Sydney Water Strategic Business Objectives.
- Lead Property Workplace Governance aligning internal and external stakeholder groups to maximise property asset lifecycle deliver sound financial outcomes and fulfill all regulatory and statutory obligations.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Workplace team delivering the workplace management program driving continuous improvement of property asset management systems asset performance for workplace accommodation training facilities warehousing depots & emergency control rooms.
- Develop strong and positive internal stakeholder relationships with a genuine reputation of positively balancing internal business requirements financial budget prioritisation and optimisation create safe and compliant environments.
- 7 years experience working in facilities land and/or property asset management.
- Evidence of Property Facilities Contract Stakeholder management experience knowledge and expertise.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the delivery of multidisciplinary maintenance and asset management programs and project delivery.
- Experience in managing various forms of commercial arrangements dealing with local and other government authorities to drive value for money outcomes.
