We are looking for a Live Operations Specialist to oversee realtime logistics operations ensuring smooth lastmile delivery handling escalations and improving overall delivery performance. The ideal candidate should be proactive detailoriented and capable of managing courier coordination order tracking and issue resolution in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- RealTime Monitoring: Track and oversee live delivery operations ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Courier Coordination: Communicate with couriers and fleet partners to optimize delivery schedules and resolve onground issues.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve delivery failures delays or customer escalations ensuring a seamless experience.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics (delivery success rates delays failed attempts) and report findings.
- Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with customer support warehouse teams and fleet managers to address delivery challenges.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in live operations and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Escalation Handling: Act as the first point of contact for logisticsrelated problems escalating unresolved issues to management.
Qualifications :
- Experience: 13 years in logistics live operations or lastmile delivery management.
- Skills: Strong problemsolving communication and multitasking abilities.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics software (e.g. LogiNext or similar) is a plus.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or related field preferred.
- Availability: Willing to work in shifts.
