You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to join and support Harriers talent team onsite at Newmont the worlds largest gold miner. The Harrier onsite talent team at Newmont are passionate driven and work together to ensure we deliver a seamless high touch TA process with exceptional candidate care and customer focus.
As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will support collaborate and work with the rest of our team in TA administration and project coordination. You will become a subject matter expert in our systems and processes manage all background checks contract generation and adhoc recruitment projects. This role will focus heavily on supporting and coordinating expat recruitment and international relocation for Senior level appointments as well as White collar and Technical positions for our customers overseas operations.
Flexibility is promoted at Harrier and our customers also embrace this; with most of the TA team choosing to work in a hybrid environment with 2 days onsite at our customers office in Melbourne.
