Through The Business Analysis School we specialize in business analysis data analysis and product management training equipping professionals with the skills needed to thrive in todays evolving job market.

We are currently seeking a HR & Recruitment Specialist to join our team! This role requires an experienced HR professional who can handle daytoday HR and administrative functions while leading endtoend recruitment processes to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Manage fullcycle recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Handle HR administration employee records and compliance with labor laws.
Oversee employee relations engagement and performance management initiatives.
Assist in training and development programs for staff and students.
Work closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Support HR policies compensation structures and benefits administration.
Organize and participate in team bonding events and company culturebuilding initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
3 years of experience in HR talent acquisition or recruitment.
Professional certifications like CIPM PHRi are an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies HR policies and labor laws.
Excellent communication negotiation and people management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced growing organization.
Must be willing to work onsite in Victoria Island Lagos.
