Key Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire new B2B clients through outbound sales activities.
- Develop strong relationships with key decisionmakers in target industries.
- Conduct inperson meetings product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain an updated database of leads and sales activities in CRM software.
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing Product and Customer Success) to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with market trends competitor activities and industry insights.
- Provide regular sales reports forecasts and strategic feedback to management.
Key Requirements: - Experience: 24 years in B2B Sales (Outbound Field Sales)
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (More than 70 travel required)
- Sales Skills: Strong lead generation negotiation and dealclosing abilities
- Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- SelfMotivated: Ability to work independently and manage field sales efficiently
- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing or related field
