Job Description

Sales Manager (B2B Sales) Noida

Position: Sales Manager (B2B Sales)
Open Positions: 4
Work Mode: Work from Office/Field
Office Location: Noida
Preferred Candidate Location: Noida or Delhi NCR (No budget for relocation expenses)
Travel Required: More than 70 within Delhi NCR & North India (Travel reimbursement provided separately)
Experience Level: 24 years
Probation Period: 3 months

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients through outbound sales activities.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decisionmakers in target industries.
  • Conduct inperson meetings product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads and sales activities in CRM software.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing Product and Customer Success) to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with market trends competitor activities and industry insights.
  • Provide regular sales reports forecasts and strategic feedback to management.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: 24 years in B2B Sales (Outbound Field Sales)
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (More than 70 travel required)
  • Sales Skills: Strong lead generation negotiation and dealclosing abilities
  • Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • SelfMotivated: Ability to work independently and manage field sales efficiently
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing or related field
