Role: RN Medical / Surgical

Location: Des Moines IA United States 50314 (Onsite)

Rate : on W2

Summary

Department: 5 South M/S
Shift Timings: 19:0007:30 Hours Monday to friday 3 Days/12 Hours Shift)
Per Week: 36 Hours

Requirements

Experience: 2 Years

Skills

RN Medical / Surgical
Traveler RN Medical / Surgical

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
