Job Description

NOK Is hiring HR Generalist for one of the biggest educational platforms
Located in sheraton

Managing the full employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding and of boarding processes.
Administering employee benefits payroll and maintaining HR records.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Supporting managers in performance reviews employee relations and training initiatives.
Setting the appraisals forms and criteria in coordination with direct managers.
Developing and implementing HR policies to foster a positive work environment.
Developing and updating employees job descriptions.
Assisting in organizational development and employee engagement programs.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of proven experience in a Human Resources role preferably in the education sector.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Solid understanding of HR policies processes and legal requirements.
