Job Description
Job Summary: The Director Tirabrutinib Brand Lead will drive OPUS marketing and brand strategy develop and manage brand and launch plans for the US market and collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to execute brand strategy and guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute US marketing strategy including brand strategy plans launch plans and key sales messages
- Manage brand performance budget and engagement with external partners
- Work within corporate and industry compliance guidelines and support process improvement
- Develop an omnichannel engagement strategy and innovative digital tactics
- Hire retain and mentor highperforming teams
- Collaborate with Global Marketing Sales Business Operations Market Access and Commercial Leadership
- Expected business travel: 20
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferably in business or life science
- 12 years experience in brand management strategic marketing or commercial development in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries
- US marketing and launch experience required; oncology brand experience preferred
- MBA or Graduate degree in Life Science preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Veeva CRM1.
