Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels (phone email chat).
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures.
- Assist with customer feedback and help improve service quality.
Qualifications :
- C2 or Native level in Dutch or German:
- Good command of English (B2 Level);
- Minimum: High School Diploma;
- Proficient in using computers (Windows MS Office and other common software);
- Excellent communication skills and a customercentric mindset;
- Flexible and quick learner able to adapt continuously;
- Ability to multitask;
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations;
- Possess strong problemsolving skills.
