Job Description

Roles and responsibilities


This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the hotel's packages, events, and group bookings to individuals, schools, corporates, and travel agents. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from booking to visit.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and approach potential clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Handle inquiries, provide quotes, and ensure follow-ups to close deals effectively.
Act as a point of contact for client concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and digital content that supports sales objectives.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, community events, and industry networking opportunities.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Sales Target Achievement
Meeting Sales Goals: Set and achieve sales targets in terms of revenue and units sold. The goal is to contribute directly to the company’s revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve these targets, in line with company objectives.
Lead Generation and Prospecting
Identifying Potential Clients: Research and identify potential customers or businesses that may benefit from the company's products or services.
Cold Calling and Networking: Make cold calls, attend networking events, and engage in other prospecting methods to generate new leads.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for business.


Desired candidate profile


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or entertainment industries.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to speak Russian language is an added advantage.
Knowledge of local market trends and client behavior is a plus.
Customer Relationship Management
Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Client Meetings: Meet with clients in person or virtually to present products or services, conduct presentations, and close sales.
Customer Service: Address any client concerns or issues, ensuring excellent customer service and customer retention.

Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services, understanding their features, benefits, and how they solve customer problems.
Product Presentations: Effectively demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, showcasing their features and benefits.
