Job Description
Join our dynamic HR team at Wix as a People Business Partner and become a strategic advisor to our visionary leaders. Your role involves driving our People strategy enhancing employee experiences and fostering an innovative and engaging work environment.
Strategic Partner: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on employee relations recruitment growth development wellbeing change management and other HR matters.
Leadership Coach: Partner with and coach our leaders to ensure effective people management practices.
Employee Development: Design and implement impactful people development programs to nurture and grow talent within supported groups.
Performance & Engagement: Lead initiatives in performance management employee engagement retention and career development to cultivate a workplace enjoyed by our people.
Solution Driven: Identify and address peoplerelated issues and trends within the business devising and executing effective solutions.
Compensation Practices: Support leaders in developing and implementing effective compensation strategies to help manage and retain talent within their teams.
Organizational Initiatives: Drive future organizational strategies to sustain a highperforming motivated and impactful team.
CrossCollaboration: Foster crossfunctional collaboration and partnership with other domains such as Legal Finance Operations and the broader People team.

At this time we are seeking New York Based candidates who can commute to our office in the Meatpacking District. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
Qualifications :
Over 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner preferably within the technology industry.
Exceptional listening coaching and consulting abilities. Adept at handling performance management and employee relations issues effectively.
Proven track record of positively influencing teams and leaders.
A perfect blend of strategic thinking and practical expertise passionate about improving environments within highgrowth settings.
Proficient with HRIS systems for daily data maintenance and analytics tools for insightful decisionmaking.
Bonus points if you have experience working in a global company!

The approximate base compensation is $135000 $155000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
The final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed shift candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
