Job Description
As a Data Analyst youll play a key role in understanding how users interact with our Referrals Loyalty and Members Area products. Your daytoday will involve analyzing user behavior trends collaborating with product managers and working with data engineers to ensure you have the right datasets to drive impactful insights. Youll uncover opportunities to improve our products and help shape strategies that empower users to grow their businesses.
In your daytoday you will:
Collect process and analyze large volumes of data to uncover trends opportunities and measure the performance of the product
Partner with product managers UX designers and developers to support datadriven decisions.
Run and analyse A/B tests to improve product effectiveness and enhance user experience.
Build dashboards create reports and develop visualizations to help stakeholders understand key metrics and trends.
Qualifications :
13 years experience in a data analysis role preferably in product marketing or web analytics.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing data
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI or similar).
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to break down complex business questions into analytical frameworks and generate actionable insights.
Attention to Detail: Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate findings effectively to diverse teams.
Curiosity and Drive: Eagerness to learn and apply new methods tools and ideas.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Python or R.
Knowledge of A/B testing principles and experimental design.
Familiarity with metrics like user retention conversion funnel analysis churn and cohort analysis.

The Data Analytics team at Wix in Vilnius is a diverse group of analysts supporting products like Blog Forms Emails and more. As part of this team youll focus specifically on Referrals Loyalty and Members Area products. Youll also be a member of Wixs Business Analyst Guild a collaborative community of analysts focused on data analysis uncovering insights and supporting product growth across the company.
