Job Description
Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers
Own decisions about the technical aspects of a product and its architecture
Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to define and prioritise project requirements
Supervise the development of scalable highperformance software solutions
Ensure that code quality performance and security standards are met
Identify and address any technical challenges and bottlenecks
Continuously improve development processes and your teams performance
Work as a part of the team in handson development
Qualifications :
4 years of experience in frontend technologies and frameworks
At least a year of proven experience in leading a team of developers
Youre a creative fast learner who enjoys overcoming challenges in a complex environment
You have excellent communication skills an inherent willingness to help others and the ability to deep dive into complex applications
Youre proactive with a desire to understand how things work
You articulate your ideas effectively in English both verbally and in writing
