To implement fitforpurpose transactional and liabilities product solutions for country in alignment with PBB AR Product and country objectives in order to aggressively grow the client base and deliver on its financial objectives (i.e. product economics (pricing margin management) lifting the balance sheet or finding alternate/ new revenue streams).
Qualifications :
Bachelor of Commerce Degree or related

Experience:
- 57 years: Experience and exposure to branch and relationship Banking. Extensive knowledge in market segmentation and customer value propositions; financial management; process design and implementation; customer service management; and credit risk experience.
- Experience in data analysis and portfolio management and knowledge of all PBB transactional and lending products. Proven track record of management of financial objectives both value creation and cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify areas of opportunities and seek feedback to facilitate improvements in all aspects of the product. i.e. sales service operations efficiency and volume and value growth.
- Drive campaigns to achieve acquisition activation retention and turnover targets.
- Monitor product marketing initiatives and recommend specific initiatives.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses in the portfolio pricing by keeping abreast of market developments and the competitor landscape.
- Manage product costs through process rationalization and building efficiency through cheaper digital channels.
