Job Description
- Lead endtoend design of Cheddars mobile and web experiences from research to final UI .
- Design intuitive highconverting user journeys that drive engagement and retention.
- Translate complex fintech data and financial insights into seamless accessible interfaces.
- Work closely with product engineering and growth teams to align design decisions with business goals.
- Own and evolve our design system in Figma for a consistent highquality experience.
- Conduct user research A/B testing and iterative design improvements based on feedback and data.
- Stay ahead of fintech and UX/UI trends to continuously innovate our product.
- Not only make a design that delights but also consider implementation by the development team with an understanding of common hurdles of mobile and web development.
Qualifications :
3 years of UX/UI experience ideally in a highgrowth B2C app environment.
Proven ability to design and ship worldclass mobile and web experiences.
Expertise in Figma and a strong portfolio showcasing usercentered design.
Experience in fintech especially open banking or personal finance apps is a plus.
A deep understanding of UX best practices usability testing and conversion optimisation.
Strong collaboration skills ability to work with product managers engineers and marketers.
Based in London or surrounding areas with the ability to work in a hybrid setting.
