These are our current challenges and future goals:

We are looking for a Dutchspeaking copywriter to create highconverting culturally relevant content that drives measurable results. You will write persuasive copy for landing pages newsletters campaigns and advertorials while optimizing brand content product descriptions blogs and recipes for performance. The focus is on strengthening our brand tailoring messaging to customer awareness levels and driving conversions. This role is for someone who understands or is eager to learn direct response principles customer psychology and strategic storytelling to turn words into action.

This is where we need your support:

  • Develop and execute highconverting Dutch content: You will create impactful content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement ranging from advertorials and newsletters to email campaigns and landing pages your writing will persuade engage and sell.
  • Ensure content quality and proofreading: You will be responsible for maintaining highquality standards ensuring all Dutch content is errorfree brandconsistent engaging and performancedriven.
  • Support the marketing strategy: Through compelling blog articles product descriptions sales copy and other content you will enhance our brand communication and customer engagement.
  • Content localization Adapt and translate copy from German or English into Dutch ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic precision.
  • Process management & collaboration: You will keep Asana tasks up to date and collaborate closely with our team to execute campaigns and content strategies efficiently.
  • Performance tracking & optimization: You will connect with the data and marketing team to measure the effectiveness of your copy through conversion rates engagement data and A/B testing.

You have the following experience:

  • Language proficiency: Nativelevel Dutch and fluency in English are a must. German skills or Belgian Dutch/French would be a bonus.
  • Professional background: You have experience in copywriting ideally with a focus on direct response and conversiondriven content.
  • Industry knowledge: Preferably you have written for brands in the beauty wellness supplements or lifestyle sectors.
  • Core skills: You are wellversed in conversionfocused copywriting ecommerce content strategies and storytelling techniques in branding. SEO best practices and A/B testing for copy effectiveness are a plus.
  • Direct response expertise: You understand (or are eager to learn) the fundamentals of direct response copywriting how to create headlines leads and copy that align with customer awareness levels and drive conversions.
  • Performancedriven mindset: You have an interest in CTR CPC A/B testing and other performance metrics or at least a strong willingness to learn.
  • Technical skills: You are proficient in Asana Google Docs Google Sheets and Google Slides. Familiarity with Notion Miro or Figma would be an advantage.
