Job Description
Our client requires the services of a SAP MM Operations Consultant (Senior) Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn/Home Office rotation.

POSITION: Contract until December 2027
EXPERIENCE: 68 Years related working experience.
COMMENCEMENT: 01 May 2025
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Relevant IT / Business Degree or Certifications
- 8 years experience
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- SAP MM Certification
- Solid SAP FI experience
- Operations experience (ticket handling problem incident management)
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:
- SAP FI Experience
- SAP ABAP debugging (advantageous)
- IDocs AIF
- SAP S/4 HANA (advantageous)
- Jira and Confluence experience
- Strong interpersonal communication & presentation skills
- Selfmotivated and keen attention to detail / time management
ROLE:
- Interface Monitoring: IDOC and RFCs processing
- Receiving troubleshooting resolving and closing Operational and Maintenance tickets within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Create and maintain Solution Guides.
- Ensure Knowledge Transfer within team
- Interaction with clients through meetings calls and emails
- Executing the required changes through configuration
- Executing the analysis and resolution of Production Support calls
- Interact with consultants across broader team locally and abroad
- according to the Agile Methodology and attending of all team meetings including Standups Sprint Review Sprint Retrospectives Sprint Planning meetings etc.
- Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain as per the updates required by the respective feature team(s).
