Key Responsibilities:
Design and development of electronic circuits and systems with a particular focus on PCB layout and maintaining libraries on Altium Designer
Architect and design robust scalable and secure electronic systems
Ensure that all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations (in particular European and North American standards) including EMI and EMC compliance
Oversee the manufacturing installation QA and testing of electrical equipment and subsystems
Create and maintain detailed documentation for designs including schematics PCB layouts and test procedures
Identify and resolve technical issues and provide support for manufacturing and field service teams
Work closely with engineers product managers and other stakeholders to deliver highquality products
Reviewing the work of and providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior electrical electronics and PCB design engineers
Develop and test prototypes to validate design concepts and ensure functionality
Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications
Keep up with the latest trends tools and technologies to continuously improve electronics architecture and deliver cuttingedge solutions
Qualifications :
Requirements:
At least 7 years of proven experience in electronics design and development with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Proficiency in electronic design software (Altium Designer) and simulation tools
Strong experience in analog and digital circuit design including microcontrollers power supplies motors control battery systems communication interfaces and sensing systems
Extensive expertise in PCB layout and design for manufacturability and reliability
Mastery of maintaining robust libraries and design templates in Altium ensuring consistency across the entire organization
Experience with electronic testing and measurement equipment (e.g. oscilloscopes multimeters spectrum analyzers etc.
Good knowledge of IPC standards (IPC2221A IPC/EIAJSTD001 IPCA610 IPCA600 IPCWHMAA620
(desirable) Trained assessed and certified as Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) Certified IPC Trainer (CIT/MIT) Certified Standards Expert (CSE/SCSE) to IPC standards (IPC JSTD001 IPCA610 IPCA600 IPCWHMAA620
Experience working with a manufacturing company with ISO9001 Quality Management System
Experience with and good understanding of defining and following ESD best practices
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Strong English written and verbal communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience working with international teams and in global markets
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
Demonstrated eagerness to learn new skills and take on diverse tasks fostering both personal and company growth
