Job Description
About the Role:
Our client is a global manufacturer of wireless networking and IoT solutions. Qualifications :
Required Skills:
5 years of experience in the Internet Service Provider or telecommunications domain
Strong technical background with wireless routers access points and gateways
Handson experience with troubleshooting and triage processes
Knowledge of operating systems such as Linux OpenWRT OpenSync and RDK
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Ability to work independently and proactively
Willingness to adapt to flexible work schedules including some evening calls
Nice to Have Skills:
Familiarity with performance testing tools like Veriwave and Octobox
Experience working with IoT Matter and Thread
Exposure to software development and codelevel troubleshooting

Compensation Range (pending experience): $145165k base plus 15 Bonus
