Opportunity
Are you a proactive Product Manager with a solid understanding of the crypto and trading industry Have you launched financial products in a startup
You will collaborate with a highly skilled motivated and diverse international team located in the heart of Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. This is a unique opportunity to gain insights into all aspects of regulated Crypto and Finance business. Collaborating closely with the Head of Product Management the CPO/Cofounder another PM and the tech team you will lead your own squad.
About You
Experience as a Product Manager in a tech startup. This is a mid level role so we are looking for someone with solid experience but not a senior.
Domain knowledge in regulated crypto (custody or trading) or KYC / Onboarding
Professional experience in successfully launching a financial product and preferably a crypto product.
You prioritize client needs.
You demonstrate effective communication with all stakeholders.
You are familiar with API best practices and possess a basic understanding of software architecture.
You are based in Berlin.
What You Will Be Doing
Collaborating closely with our Head of Product Management the CPO/Cofounder another PM Engineers QA and business stakeholders.
Identifying and addressing client needs effectively.
Defining product roadmaps and timelines ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Managing the product development lifecycle from concept to launch and postlaunch performance monitoring.
Collaborating with business development and Ops teams to seamlessly incorporate all requirements into the product.
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the crypto and trading industry.
Prioritizing product features and enhancements based on customer feedback market demands and business priorities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and internal teams.
Staying uptodate with industry developments and regulatory changes that could impact the product.
