What youll do as an Assistant General Manager...
Support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business and leading the business in their absence.
Engage inspire coach empower and connect with all team members setting standards expectations and making sure our team can be their best everyday
Support the General Manager to maximise all sales opportunities for your business delivering against agreed sales and volume targets and profit and loss accounts

You understand the operations of a large food focused pub or restaurant having had previous experience in a similar style role.
Youre great with people and as a result have great communication and leadership skills.
