Wrist Service Center is looking for a Team Leader for Global Sales who will guide monitor and supervise the team members of his/her assigned team to achieve the goals and KPIs of the team. He/She will inspire the team by providing an environment that encourages open communication team bonding and adaptability.
What youll be doing:
- Getting requests for quotes from Wrist customers.
- Creating a quote in the Wrist MS Dynamics AX12 ERP system based on the requirements of the customers specification and translating it to the Wrist catalog items.
- Completing the customers quotation in coordination with the Wrists Sales and Purchase Department.
- Responsibilities related to maintaining and updating the Wrist product catalog.
- Tasks involved in the postquotation study of items that were not recognized before the quotation was forwarded to the purchase department which will acquire the items not in stock (buytosell items).
- Various procedures are connected to our customers needs and the scope of our service.
- Leads and develops team members.
- Manages the daily operations of the team.
- Collaborates with the Team Manager to complete daily workload ensuring that the SLAs and KPIs are met.
- Provides extensive onfloor support for system and process inquiries and issues.
- Reviews standard operating procedures (SOP) process variations and confirm members compliance and corrective actions.
- Contributes to the prompt and highquality processing of daily transactions.
- Manages and monitors general mailboxes to ensure emails and issues are addressed on time.
- Conducts huddles with direct reports to review team performance and daily strategies.
- Arranges team leaves shift schedules and overtime work to ensure the workload is fully covered to meet the agreed SLAs.
- Works with other teams to share and implement best practices.
- Drives and supports project improvements.
- Responsible for new employees and low performers as well as training and issue resolution.
- Maintains frequent dialogues with direct reports on performances.
- Supports and ensures seamless transition of new business within the scope of your responsibilities.
What were looking for:
- Graduate of any 4year course preferably a Business or Supply Chain Management course
- Must have at least 2 years of Team Leader experience preferably under a sales account or relevant.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and AX12.
- A critical thinker with problemsolving skills selfmotivated resultsoriented; capable of working under pressure.
- Capable of coping in a fastpaced dynamic setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A flexible mentality that includes process and customer care.
- Thorough understanding of performance metrics
- Strong organizational skills to guide a team.
