Job Description
An "Assembling and Maintenance Production Trainee" job description would involve learning the fundamentals of assembling products on a production line while also gaining handson experience with basic equipment maintenance focusing on quality control and safety procedures within a manufacturing environment with the goal of becoming a fully skilled production technician capable of both assembling products and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Experience : 3 yrs Qualification: Diploma/ BE.Electrical Two Wheeler is must with Immediate Joining.
- Assembly operations:
- Following assembly instructions to accurately assemble product components using hand tools and power tools.
- Performing quality checks on assembled parts to ensure they meet specifications.
- Identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies during assembly.
- Maintaining proper workstation organization and cleanliness.

- Basic maintenance:
- Learning basic maintenance procedures for production equipment including cleaning lubrication and minor adjustments.
- Identifying potential equipment malfunctions and reporting them to the supervisor
- Assisting with preventative maintenance tasks as directed

- Quality control:
- Inspecting finished products for quality defects and ensuring compliance with standards
- Documenting quality control data and reporting findings

- Adhering to all safety guidelines and wearing required personal protective equipment
- Reporting any safety hazards or incidents immediately

- Training and development:
- Participating in onthejob training to learn assembly processes equipment operation and maintenance techniques
- Shadowing experienced technicians to gain knowledge of production procedures and troubleshooting methods
- Attending training sessions on relevant topics like quality control safety regulations and lean manufacturing principles

Requirements
Required skills and qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude: Basic understanding of mechanical principles and ability to use hand tools effectively
- Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and ability to identify minor defects
- Good handeye coordination: Ability to assemble components precisely
- Basic reading and math skills: Understanding technical drawings and measurements
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with other production team members to meet production goals
- Willingness to learn: Eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge related to assembly and maintenance

Earning Potential per month : 14520
Transportation : yes(subsidised Rs. 200 per month)
