Job Overview:
The Hotel Events and Wedding Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating weddings and events at the hotel ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for guests. This role involves liaising with clients vendors and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients to understand their event or wedding requirements.
- Conduct site visits and promote hotel packages and services.
- Prepare proposals contracts and pricing based on client needs and budget.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to secure bookings.
- Plan and coordinate weddings meeting events banquets dining bookings and special occasions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients from initial inquiry to postevent followup.
- Work closely with the operations teams to ensure smooth of events.
- Arrange menu layouts seating plans and event timelines in collaboration with guests.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings contracts and event details.
- Process payments deposits and invoicing in line with hotel policies.
- Provide a high level of personalized service to clients and guests.
- Address special requests complaints or lastminute changes professionally.
- Gather feedback postevent to improve future services.
- Attend wedding fairs networking events and industry exhibitions to generate leads.
- Work with the sales and marketing team to create promotional materials.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning hospitality or wedding coordination desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of current wedding and event trends desirable.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.
