Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Executives for our clients team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidates must possess excellent Dutch spoken and written skills and have a strong technical support background. If you have the required expertise and are looking for a rewarding career we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries via email chat and phone in Dutch
- Diagnose and resolve software hardware and network issues
- Document and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Experience in technical support or a related field
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
