About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Design Technology Teacherto join a forwardthinking school in Nottingham. The Design Technology Teacher will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 delivering lessons on product design engineering textiles and resistant materials. You will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that encourage students to develop technical skills and creative problemsolving abilities.
The Design Technology Teacher will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the curriculum and introduce new and innovative teaching methods ensuring that students are wellprepared for the modern world of design and engineering. The successful candidate will be expected to offer support and guidance to students during practical lessons ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to create highquality products.

Requirements
To apply you should have:
- A degree in Design Technology or a related subject.
- A PGCE or equivalent qualification with QTS.

- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage classroom activities effectively.
