Job Description

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic SEO Team Lead to build and guide a talented team of SEO Managers and Specialists. In this handson role youll devise robust SEO strategies and demonstrate best practices to your team. Reporting to the Head of SEO youll develop and execute successful initiatives that drive organic traffic and enhance search visibility for all our brands.

Location: Hybrid Saint Julians

Responsibilities:

As anSEO Team Lead your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Oversee SEO Activities: Manage all SEO efforts for our brands to increase conversions and meet Google organic traffic goals.

Tailored Strategies: Implement marketspecific SEO strategies to improve search rankings and attract more visitors.

Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest search engine updates and adjust tactics accordingly.

DataDriven Optimization: Utilize datadriven methods to enhance SEO performance and exceed organic traffic targets.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO plans for local and global projects across multiple brands.

Performance Measurement: Measure the success of SEO strategies to identify and implement improvements.

Project Management: Plan and oversee SEO projects allocate resources and ensure the team meets its objectives.

Team Development: Guide and support SEO managers and specialists fostering their professional growth and facilitating knowledge sharing.

Recruitment & Skill Development: Identify skill gaps participate in hiring and continuously develop team capabilities.

Process Efficiency: Streamline team processes to maximize ROI through efficient SEO practices.

Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and identify new partnerships as needed.

Reporting & Strategy: Create detailed reports with forecasts and present SEO strategies to management.

Continuous Improvement: Track and analyze SEO performance to ensure sustainable growth in organic traffic.

Requirements:

WordPress Management: Ability to efficiently oversee and maintain several WordPress websites simultaneously.

Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with SEO suppliers and partners.

Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of DNS management and configurations.

PWA Proficiency: Experience in implementing and managing PWA technologies.

Service Worker Configuration: Capability to handle and configure service workers proficiently.

Technical SEO Expertise: Deep knowledge
