Job Mission


About the Role:

To accelerate our growth in Germany were looking for a Partner Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our collaboration with marketing and product partnersfocusing on customers in the EV & solar space driving referral programs and expanding our B2B and B2B2C partnerships.

What Youll Do:

  • Strengthen and expand existing partnerships while scouting for new collaborations to grow highvalue customers
  • Develop and execute referral programs to drive customer growth and engagement
  • Work closely with marketing & product partners to create innovative joint campaigns
  • Support the growth of Virtual Power Plants (VPP) through strategic partnerships
  • Focus on customer lifetime value (CLV)ensuring longterm success for our customers and partners
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align partnership goals with business objectives


    Ideal Profile

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in partner marketing strategic partnerships or business developmentideally in the energy sector
    • A strong network in the EV solar or broader energy industry
    • Proven track record in B2B and B2B2C partnerships
    • A datadriven mindset with a focus on customer engagement & lifetime value
    • Entrepreneurial spiritready to take ownership and drive growth in a dynamic environment
    • Excellent communication skills in German & English
