As part of the FR Operations Management team for 6 months your mission is to distill a vision for operations that aligns with the companys business plan and develop a resilient system performing at its maximal potential.

Our Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Execute: Take ownership of projects from concept to completion ensuring timely and highquality deliverables.
• Collaborate CrossFunctionally: Work closely with stakeholdersproduct data sales teams other operations teams and othersto align efforts and maximize impact.
• Innovate and Iterate: Proactively seek improvements test new ideas and share learnings to help the team evolve.
• Mentor and Learn: Provide constructive feedback to peers embrace growth opportunities and encourage a culture of continuous development.

Your responsibilities :

Youll be a key force in shaping the future of FR operations by testing and scaling business ideas within our OPS LAB. This specialized team experiments in realworld conditionswhether its exploring new product verticals refining service offerings or evolving our sales approachto push boundaries and drive innovation. With the ultimate goal of participating in papernest sustainable growth.

Key Outcomes to Achieve

• Gather Disruptive Ideas: Collect fresh concepts from a diverse range of stakeholders (Product SalesOps Operations Partnerships etc..
  
• Manage EndtoEnd Tests: Score and prioritize ideas incorporate them into a clear roadmap coordinate realworld testing with sales teams analyze quantitative and qualitative results and share insights with key stakeholders.
  
• Scale Proven Successes: Identify initiatives that deliver strong outcomes and collaborate on their broader rollout.
  
• Track Future Innovations: Maintain a running log of potential enhancements and novel approaches for ongoing improvement.
  

Youll work under Thotime who runs the LAB team and Jacques our Head of Operations both of whom will provide oversight and support as you drive these highimpact outcomes.
