Job Description
CRB are currently looking for a Project Engineer otherwise known as a Field Construction Engineer to join our growing team. The Project Engineer will be primarily located at a designated construction site and will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager and other project team members in executing activities to include; bidding support executing the submittal and RFI review process document control verification of asbuilts supporting quality control supporting site safety executing equipment receiving process managing closeout documentation and supporting cost management activities. This role promotes a qualitydriven culture at the project level as the primary onsite point of contact for issues related to field quality and at the company level by providing feedback to CRB Quality regarding the effectiveness of the CPQP and the methods used by the field team.
The project site is located near Jefferson WI.
Responsibilities
- Support the construction of assigned project(s) and to ensure the work performed is in conformance with the project objectives and the requirements of the construction documents
- Bidding support and document control
- Execute the submittal and RFI review process
- Verification of asbuilts supporting quality control supporting site safety
- Execute equipment receiving process
- Manage closeout documentation
- Support cost management activities
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Science or Engineering
- Up to four years of experience
Additional Qualifications
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office suite experience
- Capable of learning new computer programs for project management and reporting
- Experience with mobile devices and VDC apps a plus
