We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team in Sheffield United Kingdom. As a Project Manager you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of complex projects across our organisation.
- Lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk management strategies
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to senior management and key stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success
- Manage project resources effectively including budget allocation and team member assignments
- Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
- Facilitate effective communication between all project participants ensuring alignment and clarity of objectives
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes within the organisation
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within constraints of time budget and scope
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2 PMBoK Agile)
- Professional project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 Practitioner) is highly desirable
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise effectively
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a detailoriented approach
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Trello)
- Experience in resource management and budget control
- Solid understanding of risk management principles and practices
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in presales activities and clientfacing roles is advantageous
- Adaptability and resilience in managing changing priorities and project demands
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices
